The Algorithmic Retina explores vision as a computational construct, reimagining architectural space through the logic of isovists, computer vision, and curvilinear perception. Drawing on stereoscopic anatomy, optic chiasma, and spatial scanning, the project proposes a dynamic field of view as a design driverchallenging the fixed, orthographic regimes of representation. What results is a simulated retina: not a flat surface but a shifting horizon of spatial awareness, where each gaze generates its own geometry.
